Community Engagement Committee
The Community Engagement Committee serves to strengthen the connection between IFMA and the broader community through strategic outreach, volunteerism, and relationship-building. The committee is dedicated to promoting the mission of IFMA by developing impactful volunteer opportunities, collaborating with local organizations such as chambers of commerce and community associations, and enhancing public awareness and advocacy for the facility management profession.
Education Committee
Provides education and discussion specific to facility management professionals, including IFMA certification guidance
Golf Committee
Directs and implements annual golf outing
Membership Committee
- Focuses on membership growth and retention
- Identifies and attracts prospective members
- Communicates the benefits and advantages of membership
- Supports prospective members in the process of becoming a member
- Welcomes new members
Programs Committee
Develops and promotes educational and networking programs pertinent to facility management
Sponsorship Committee
- Develops and coordinates a sponsorship program for the chapter
- Actively recruits potential sponsors
- Markets sponsorship opportunities
- Ensures all benefits are given
